Welcome to our Technique Blog Hop! This month we are highlighting the “Rock-n-Roll” Technique! This blog hop is a great big circle so you can start wherever you want and continue through to see all the fabulous artwork incorporating this technique.
If you are coming from Joy's Blog, you are on the right track! I created this card using the new Flirty paper.
After I cut my paper, I inked my edges with desert sand.
To create the multi-colored image I used the rock-n-roll technique. First ink your stamp in the first color, I used honey.
Next I rolled the bottom edge in sunset
And last I rolled just the edge in the hollyhock ink.
Walla!
Here I stamped and trimmed my sentiment
I added s little glitz gel to the center
Add some Grosgrain striped ribbon!
Here is another version using some chipboard elements from Flirty Complements
Now hop on over to Kindred Hearts' Blog for more artwork!
Very cute! we used the same paper for this hop lol
