Technique Blog Hop Perfect Clusters

Welcome to our Technique Blog Hop!

This month there are 8 of us highlighting the "Perfect Clusters” Technique as shown on page 96 in the Spring/Summer 2012 Idea Book! This blog hop is a great big circle so you can start wherever you want and continue through to see all the fabulous artwork incorporating this technique. You will also find a listing of all participants and their blog addresses on Debi's Blog.

If you are coming from Tabbi's Blog, you are on the right track! Let's get started. I worked on a Footloose layout that I swapped with some of the other Close To My Heart Cruise Earners. I created a cluster of embellishments in the corner by the title.

Details of technique:

You can look back at my father's day post to see how to create these little shirts. We learned the fold in Hawaii.

This ribbon weave we learned in Hawaii too and it is used to create the ceremonial lays. All of the papers were distressed with the Edge Distresser.

I multistamped these and then layers the flower centers and leaves.

I had to create 13 of these layouts. Here is just a small pile of the flowers I created to put on them.

Supply List: Footloose Paper Pack (X7151B), Just Bloom Paradise Paper Flowers (Z1710), Bling Assortment (Z1466), Grosgrain Ribbon (Z1616), Edge Distresser (Z1297)

Thanks for stopping by! Please continue onto Debi's Blog where you will find some additional artwork highlighting this technique! Be sure to leave a comment and let me know what you thought of my variation and happy hopping!

Join my team now because next month I will be doing a team giveaway for the Brand New CTMH Cricut Cartridge, ARTISTE!!!
