Its all about Summertime Blog Hop

Thank you for joining the All About Summertime Blog Hop. If you are coming from Anita's Blog you are right on track.

I've created 4 summer layouts using the Footloose WOTG. This kit comes with a full level 2 paper pack, wooden badge buttons, an exclusive stamp set, and instructional guide. I added the wooden seaside shapes, durable studs, baker's twine, and footloose compliments.

Here is a blown up view of the left lower accents. I used my markers to color and shade the wooden shapes as you can see here on the starfish I added the baker's twine to help put a little color to them.

Here is another cluster for yoy to see. On this one I added the twine to the chipboard compliment (star). The metal studs are just peel and stick ons.

Layout 2 I kept kind of basic. I add the compliments in layers using 3D foam tape and then added sparkles around them.

Layout 3 I distressed all the edges of the paper using an edge distresser (only $2). I then stamped my own images using a multi-color technique. I stamped directly on the wooden badge buttons.

And finally in layout 4 I stamped on the buttons and stamped a few accents but kept this page fairly simple.

Thank you for hopping... now head on over to Misty's blog for more summer time fun!
Here's a list of the entire hop, in case you get lost along the way or want to revisit anyone: Lynda’s blog (http://memoriesintyme.blogspot.com/)
